1936: Ludwig Heck and Jakob Becker found the
“Modellfabrik Dautphe” (Dautphe pattern factory).
Together with 8 employees they specialize
in workshop equipment and repair work
for the regional stove and cooker
industry as well as the pattern and
machine factories at Wallau.
1940: The firm’s name is
changed into “Modellfabrik
Heck+Becker KG”
(pattern factory).

1957: Ludwig Heck dies.
Vice-manager Jakob Becker
becomes sole manager.
1982: Dieter Becker becomes
general manager and principal
of 170 employees.
1986: The corporate structure is changed
into Heck+Becker GmbH & Co. KG.
