Heck & Becker GmbH & Co. KG with new CEO

At the start of 2024, the fourth generation will take over the company’s management. Andre Weißbenner will follow in the footsteps of long-term managing director Martin Baumann, who will be active on the family company’s advisory board in the future.

Martin Baumann, who took over the toolmaker in 1998, can look back on more than 25 years of successful management. During these years, he led the company in challenging times, strengthened its international presence in the #die #casting #toolmaking sector and drove forward a successful business transformation. In particular, he emphasizes Heck & Becker’s #transformation from a traditional toolmaker to a globally recognized partner in the #HPDC die casting industry.

“Heck & Becker has not only developed technologically, but has also retained its family atmosphere. Our employees are the foundation of our success”, underlines Martin Baumann.

Furthermore, he believes that the succession is in good hands. Andre Weißbenner, who has already held various management positions within the company, knows Heck & Becker inside out and brings a clear vision with him: “Our aim is to offer fast, flexible and functional solutions from #prototyping in die casting all the way through to the series production process. With our enthusiasm for technology and innovation, our passion for every project and, above all, our dedicated employees, we will continue to successfully #develop Heck & Becker in the future.”

For him, the strategic focus for the coming years will be on #digitalization, #sustainability and openness to new ways of working and networks. Heck & Becker plans to invest in these areas in order to create sustainable value for customers, employees and society.
