Only one thing counts for production: having a tool that is of high quality and stable in order to produce as many cast parts as possible before a new mould is required. And the whole thing has to be extremely economical, so that production remains as profitable as possible.

We also sample and cast your die-casting mould on site in our Die Casting Technology Centre (DTC) to ensure the highest quality.
OEMs, foundries and mould makers often ask us whether they can sample their moulds on site at the DTC so that they do not have to interrupt their ongoing production. This option is available. In addition you can use our machines. In addition, our experts are on hand with their knowledge to advise you and assist you with implementation.

This depends on the complexity, size and specifications of the die casting mould required. In approximately 95 % of cases, you can expect your mould to be available for the production of the first castings within 16-20 weeks.
